The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 of the NBA Playoffs first round on Tuesday. The final score was 105-93 and the Suns find themselves down 0-2 in the series.
During the game, Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker was involved in a shoving match with Wolves forward Jaden McDaniels. It ultimately led to nothing, but showed the intensity of the game.
Booker finished the night with 20 points on 6/13 shooting to go along with three rebounds and five assists. McDaniels had himself a night, scoring 25 points to lead the Timberwolves. He also recorded eight rebounds and three assists.

On NBA on TNT, Charles Barkley backed up Devin Booker, saying “Leave Booker alone. He’s a great kid.”
The shoving match was posted to social media by Hoop Central. “Devin Booker and Jaden McDaniels.”
The Suns will host the Timberwolves in a must win Game 3 on Friday.
