The Italian model himself revealed on his personal TikTok account last Saturday, confessing to his followers that he had just been fired from the gala, which takes place on the night of Monday, May 6th. “I was just fired from the Met Gala. Do you remember me?” he asks, sharing a video of himself with Kylie at the previous event.

Casnighi, who had been working during the last two charity events, does not understand the reason for this dismissal. He also wanted to explain that if he is now talking about this whole situation, it is because of the confidentiality contract to which he was legally bound, which has now expired due to his dismissal.
“Basically, they told me, ‘You acted like the protagonist, so we can’t have you working here. We’re sorry.’ Last year they told me I was going to be with Jenner, and that I had to help her with anything she needed,” the model recounts.

“They want to be seen. They literally told me that they had chosen me because they preferred me to be with that famous person, but when people took photos of us… Obviously, I ended up in the pictures, and they blamed me.”
