Mbappe widened his eyes at the difficult question and immediately left

Kylian Mbappe immediately left the interview when asked by the media if he would support Real Madrid in the match against Bayern Munich, after PSG was painfully eliminated from the Champions League.

May 8, Kylian Mbappe ‘s PSG lost 0-1 to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League semi-final second leg at home at Parc des Princes with the only goal of the match from Mats Hummels. The Ligue 1 champion “helplessly” watched the Bundesliga representative enter the Champions League final after losing with a total score of 0-2 after two matches.

Jude Bellingham was forced to receive the first La Liga trophy of his career behind closed doors after Real Madrid refused the trophy presentation ceremony.

After the match, Kylian Mbappe conducted an interview with the media. Kylian Mbappe was asked if he would support Real Madrid in the other semi-final against Bayern Munich. Kylian Mbappe rolled his eyes and stormed out of the interview.

Kylian Mbappe will almost certainly join Real Madrid on a free transfer this summer after his contract with PSG expires. PSG’s loss to Borussia Dortmund marked Mbappe’s failed attempt to help the team win the Champions League for the first time in history . Clearly, Mbappe was not in the mood to answer questions and he was evasive when asked about Real Madrid.

Real Madrid will face Bayern Munich at home at Santiago Bernabeu in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final tomorrow morning, May 9, after drawing 2-2 in the first leg in Germany. The La Liga champion is looking for its 15th Champions League title, while the Ligue 1 champion has not won any title in Europe’s most prestigious club-level arena.

In the Champions League group stage this season, PSG drew Borussia Dortmund 1-1 away and won 2-0 at home. But now, when rematching in the semi-finals, Mbappe’s team lost both matches with the same score of 0-1. That means Mbappe’s seven seasons at Parc des Princes will end with just one Champions League final appearance and no championships.

PSG took 30 shots and had 70% of possession in the match against Borussia Dortmund, hitting the post or crossbar four times. Coach Luis Enrique has experience winning the Champions League as Barcelona coach, but he is the latest PSG coach to disappoint in the Champions League.

But the Spanish strategist was unable to make the most of PSG’s talented squad, who lead Ligue 1, nine points ahead of Monaco with a game in hand. PSG won Ligue 1 early this season.

Meanwhile, this is the first time Borussia Dortmund has reached the Champions League final since 2013, where they lost to rivals Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund can repeat the all-German Champions League final if the Bavarian “grey tiger” wins against Real Madrid in the remaining semi-final.
