The season may be over for the Golden State Warriors, but this hasn’t stopped Draymond Green from remaining active throughout what has been a compelling NBA Playoffs. Green hasn’t been on the basketball court, but he’s made his presence felt throughout the postseason via his podcast as well as through occasional appearances as an analyst on NBA on TNT.
As it turns out, Green’s role on the network giants is getting a significant upgrade.
Golden State Warriors News: Draymond Green Will Join NBA on TNT Coverage
According to Sports Media Watch on X, formerly Twitter, Green will be joining TNT’s Inside the NBA crew for their coverage of the Western Conference Finals between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Dallas Mavericks:
Draymond Green will be part of TNT’s “Inside the NBA” for the complete Western Conference Finals. He has not previously been part of the studio team for its on-site conference final coverage.

This is far from the first time Green will be appearing alongside Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson. Green has been a regular guest on the show.
It appears that TNT likes what they see from the Warriors star and they’ve now decided to upgrade his role to a more permanent one.
You have to give credit to Green for making a name for himself in the world of sports broadcasting. It seems that he’s already facilitating the start of his transition into the industry in anticipation of a post-NBA career as a broadcaster/NBA analyst.
At 34, Green still has several good basketball years ahead of him, but there’s no denying that he’s no spring chicken. At this point, it makes sense for him to already start planning for life after the NBA.
