Doja Cat, the TiƙToƙ sensation turned international pop music star, has decided to part ways with her Los Angeles home just a year after purchasing it. The property is now up for sale at a price just under $2.5 million, representing a slight profit compared to the $2.2 million she bought it for in February 2021.
Located high up in the untamed mountains above Beverly Hills, the 26-year-old artist made a few changes to the property during her short ownership. A large wooden gate now separates the driveway from the main road, adding an extra layer of security with cameras and an alarm system in place.
The house’s interiors, often seen during Doja Cat’s Instagram and TiƙToƙ live sessions, have been staged, leaving most rooms empty. The main level boasts a combined living, dining, and family room with glass walls, whitewashed ceilings, and a midcentury modern-style fireplace, likely dating back to the 1960s when the house was built. A sleek and stylish kitchen with curved cabinetry, quartz worktops, bar seating, and premium stainless equipment is also present.
On the main level, there are two guest bedrooms, one of which opens up to the pool area, while the other has been decorated by Doja Cat herself as a pastel-pink “glam room.” The entire second floor is dedicated to the penthouse-level master suite, featuring a spacious bedroom, a row of wall closets, and a gray bathroom with a concrete bathtub.
Though Doja Cat has left the residence, her unique touch and presence can still be felt throughout the house. For fans, this property holds the memories of her time there and offers a glimpse into the life of the Grammy Award winner.
