The power of love and care is truly remarkable. It can work wonders and bring positivity to our lives. Maverick, a dog that Joey Maxwell and his wife adopted from a death shelter, was once undernourished and frail. Fortunately, they were able to have six years of happiness together. However, when Maverick was diagnosed with lymphoma a few years ago, Maxwell did not give up on his furry friend. He did everything he could to help him fight the disease, and the first round of chemotherapy proved to be successful. Sadly, two months ago, the sickness resurfaced, rendering Maverick immobile.
Maxwell made a choice to ride on a wagon pulled by his dog named Maverick. According to CBS News, Maverick would howl at passersby until they pet him because he believes that everyone is there to show him love.
Maverick absolutely loves going on rides and it seems to be doing wonders for his physical health. He is definitely picking up on the good vibes and has even been able to sit up on his own, showing signs of increased strength with each passing day.
I am grateful to God for the immense amount of love that has been bestowed upon this precious little one.
I’m ecstatic to hear that this adorable furry friend is feeling better! Cheers to a quick recovery and hoping that it continues. This little one is such a cutie pie, and I can’t get enough of their sweet face. Sending blessings to you and your loved ones.
I hope everyone is experiencing a significant amount of love and positivity, just like Maverick does! This message was taken from the Facebook page “Everybody Loves Maverick”.
