The Leszczyniec house is a wooden structure at the foot of Western Sudetes. It is the perfect place for escaping from civilization. The Leszczyniec is surrounded by spruce trees and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Here you can fully relax and harmonize with the natural world. You’ll be able to breathe in fresh air, which will provide you with energy and strength for the day, as well as the soothing effects of the greenery that will help you relax and soothe your senses. You can spend the day relaxing in the wood cabin, or running in the woods, or sitting on a deck chair reading. You can live your life, and you will enjoy this little oasis in peace.

The morning will bring you bird songs and the first light of the sun through the veil. After breakfast, put on your shoes and get out there to enjoy the stunning panorama. You can lay a blanket on the grass and enjoy the beauty of the mountainous, wild nature. You can light a fire and listen to the crackling wood while you admire the night sky. Slow down and let yourself be absorbed in the mundane life that stimulates the senses while restoring the body.

The wood cabin covers 1,300 square foot. The ground floor features a living area with a stone fireplace and a lounge suite, a well-equipped kitchen that connects to the dining room, as well as a bathroom with a shower enclosure, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a vestibule. The bedroom on the upper floor has a comfortable double bed, two single beds, a double room with single beds, and a spacious bathroom that includes a bathtub.

The vacation property has a hot tub that is open year round, a designated area for a bonfire (wood provided in the price), a covered patio with wooden garden furniture, a playground for 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, comfortable sunloungers, and ample space around the house for guests to move freely.

A free-standing swimming area (in the summer from about June 20 through September), a trampoline during spring and fall, and free parking.

The vacation home is great for 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. It offers everything they need including lots of greenery, plenty of air, and plenty freedom. The youngest can run, play, and laugh throughout the day. The backyard terrace has a swimming pool that 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren can use in summer. The fenced area has a wooden playground. There is also a reading area in the cabin for those who are unable to read in bad weather. The kids can also use all the toys on hand, build a fortress out of blankets and pillows, and even watch movies together. A game console is also available in the cabin.
