Suits best replacement show on Netflix is officially getting a revival, and the plan sounds so much better than what Suits LA is doing. During the summer of 2023, USA Network’s legal drama Suits dominated streaming four years after it officially wrapped its original run. Following the people at the famed Pearson, Hardman firm in New York, the show captured the public’s attention, racking in record-viewing numbers for Netflix. Considering the increased attention on the show, talks about a revival started. Despite creator Aaron Korsh’s initial skepticism, a new expansion project was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 with Suits LA.

Instead of acquisitions and mergers in New York, Suit: LA’s lawyers will focus on legal matters in the entertainment industry. Stephen Amell and Josh McDermitt will play the show’s lead roles, Ted Black and Stuart Lane, respectively. When the show kickstarts, their Los Angeles firm is in the middle of a crisis, causing them to scramble for solutions. With Korsh behind it, there’s confidence that Suits LA will be able to recapture the magic of its original series. That being said, it’s still less exciting compared to another USA Network series on Netflix that just got an official revival confirmation.
