On her daughter Malti’s first visit to India, Miss World Priyanka Chopra took her to the famous Siddhi Vinayak temple in Mumbai.

Priyanka Chopra wore traditional attire and carried her daughter to the Shree Siddhivinayak temple on April 6. The mother and daughter prayed to the deity Ganesha. In a video shared by Timesofindia , Malti Marie sat obediently on her mother’s lap, watching the ceremony attentively.

The Baywatch star revealed that this is the first time her one-year-old daughter has visited India – her homeland. Priyanka’s husband, singer Nick Jonas, accompanied her on this trip. The whole family arrived in Mumbai on March 31.

Priyanka has been busy in India this week. She and her husband attended the inauguration of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre and a fashion event. The Bollywood actress also attended a promotional event for her film Citadel, which she co-stars with Richard Madden.

Miss World 2000 married Nick Jonas in 2018 and currently resides in Los Angeles, USA. Last January, after a long wait, the couple welcomed their first daughter via a surrogate. The 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 prematurely and spent more than three months in the intensive care unit. Priyanka temporarily stopped working to focus on taking care of her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.
