What a fit mother! Brittany Mahomes demonstrated her rigorous exercise regimen, which is meant to assist her avoid developing “mom butt” throughout her pregnancy and after giving 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡.
On Monday, Patrick Mahomes’ wife reposted a video that her fitness teacher Kirsty Rae had shared to her Instagram Story.

“By focusing on glute engagement and maintaining strength training, you can actually continue to build muscle,” Brittany’s trainer explained.brittanylynne/Instagram
Brittany, 29, was seen in the brief video strengthening her buttocks with a cable crossover machine fastened to her ankle while sporting a black bodysuit and white sneakers.
When the glutes lose their structure and muscular density during and after pregnancy, many women develop what is known as “mom butt,” the trainer wrote as the video’s caption.
“As our bodies adapt to pregnancy, this is frequently caused by changes in posture and movement,” Rae said.
But “it doesn’t have to be that way,” the wellness coach said.

“You can actually continue to build muscle by focusing on glute engagement and continuing strength training,” Rae stated. “Progressive overload, good posture, and appropriate movement are key.”
Brittany shared a sneak peek of her pregnancy exercise with the fitness enthusiast and fellow Kansas City Chiefs WAG, Lyndsay Bell, earlier this month.
The expectant mother of three was observed performing arm exercises, including squats, with a barbell.
As a former soccer player, Brittany has a strong desire to maintain her physical fitness.

After showing off her muscles for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in May, she even divulged the key to her toned body.
“A lot of people have asked me what I did at the gym to prepare for a swimsuit. Fun fact: I shot for @si_swimsuit with only a week’s notice,” she wrote as the caption for a video of herself at the gym.
“I always preach that the key to being the best version of myself all year long, not just during swimsuit season, is to be consistent in the gym and to take good care of my body!”
The couple announced that Brittany is pregnant with their third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, a girl, in May.

Her “simple but effective” routine usually includes hip thrusts, curtsey lunges, and single-leg deadlifts.
In July, Brittany and the 29-year-old quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs announced that she is expecting a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.
After getting married in March 2022, the high school sweethearts already had two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren together: a 3-year-old girl named Sterling Sky and a 1-year-old son named Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
