Just when you thought Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone could not get any cuter, the couple goes ahead and proves you wrong. Ranveer, who is determined to be the “husband of the millennium”, has been winning the hearts of netizens with his adorable displays of affection for Deepika.

In an interview with a leading publication, he recalled how there was “so much heat” when they sat next to each other at the screening of Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi

“I was trying to watch the movie and all but it was like… Oo, oo, contact, contact and things were hot and heavy. Sitting next to each other was like…there was so much heat there man,” he said.

Ranveer and Deepika fell in love with each other on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. After being in a steady relationship for six years, the couple got married on November 14 and 15 at the picturesque Villa del Balbianello at Lake Como in Italy.

In an interview with a leading magazine, Ranveer revealed that he knew within six months into their relationship that Deepika was the woman he wanted to marry and he “nurtured the relationship accordingly”. “She’s too good, too lovely. She’s a force of nature. I understood that almost immediately,” he said.

“Bro, I can’t tell you I was sitting next to her and that elbow politics that happens when you are sitting next to each other, that was fully happening,” Ranveer revealed, adding that he could not focus on what was happening on the screen because of the “contact” with Deepika.
