Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been together for quite some time now.The pair met back in 2017 at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, just a few months after Nick had slid into Priyanka’s DMs on Twitter.

By his own admission, Nick was totally smitten from the moment he met Priyanka. The following year, he recalled during an interview with Vogue, “I put my drink down… Get on one knee — this is in front of a bunch of people — and I say, ‘You’re real. Where have you been all my life?’ Like, loud.”

By December 2018, Nick and Priyanka had officially tied the knot. And today, they’re parents to a one-year-old daughter named Malti.

But it turns out that Nick has been aware of Priyanka’s existence far longer than you might’ve realized.

Sitting down on The Jennifer Hudson Show this week, Priyanka, 40, revealed that Nick, 30, had actually watched her win the Miss World beauty pageant in 2000 — almost 20 years before they first met.

Recalling the “crazy story,” Priyanka clarified that she’d just turned 18 at the time, while Nick was only 7.
