British professional golfer Charley Hull had the chance to speak directly with US President Donald Trump at a state dinner held at Windsor Castle, England, and revealed that he wanted to arrange a golf match with her before the end of the year.

LPGA star Charley Hull, 29, was one of the representatives of golf, President Donald Trump’s favorite sport, invited to attend the state dinner with golf legend Sir Nick Faldo. The banquet was held at Windsor Castle on Wednesday night (September 17) in honor of the US President, with the presence of First Lady Melania, daughter Tiffany Trump and her husband, businessman Michael Boulos.
The state banquet was hosted by King Charles III of England. Prince William and Princess Catherine were also present, along with about 160 guests, from government leaders, British aristocrats to powerful figures in technology, finance and media.

Golfer Hull is known to be a fan of President Trump. Last year, she even performed the “Trump dance” on the golf course at The Annika tournament on the LPGA Tour.

Hull revealed that during the evening, President Donald Trump had a special request: “He said he wanted to arrange a match. That was great. Last year he actually contacted my agent and wanted to play at the end of the year but I think I was on holiday.”

“We talked about it last night and we will actually try to get a game arranged before the end of the year, which would be great,” Hull said.
She also commented on the President: “He is a great guy and I really get along with him. I look forward to playing golf with him. He is very friendly with everyone. We just talk about golf and he knows a few players on the LPGA Tour and some of the guys.”

Hull arrived in Windsor fresh off a win at the P&G-sponsored Kroger Queen City Championship – her first win on the American stage in more than three years.
At the lavish banquet, Hull impressed with her outfit that was completely different from her professional competition uniform. She appeared in a yellow halter-neck dress, combined with classic diamond earrings and a delicate platinum bun, leaving fans in awe.
