WHILE getting a tattoo may seem like a cool thing to do, a lot of thought goes into choosing the right design and artist.
That’s why one woman went to great lengths to draw up her own design, which she wanted inked onto her arm.

But it all came crashing down when the artist said it wouldn’t fit where she wanted it.
Instead, the artist redrew the design into a slightly different shape, which ended up looking more like a Walrus than the intended bird with moths flying around.
Taking to Reddit, the woman explained: “I don’t know if I’m just looking at it wrong?
“I really dislike the feet specifically and I might ask my tattoo artist if there’s anything she can do to “fix” them a little bit.

“Is it as bad as my brain is making it out to be? I’m kind of freaking out,” followed by a crying emoji.
She added that the black and white image she attached was the drawing she created herself.
“When I got to the shop she said it wouldn’t really fit my arm so she changed the birds pose,” she continued.
While she initially liked the new version and allowed the artist to continue, she was left with “second thoughts” following the appointment.

The initial drawing showed the bird from the front with its head twisted to the side as it caught a moth. Two further moths surround it.
And the finished product showed the bird from the side, with its wings high as it caught a moth in its beak.
People were quick to comment on her post as one person wrote: “I’m not wearing my glasses right now but I thought it was a fish with wings. I’m near sighted but still blind lol”.
“I would ask for some white highlights as well. It’s incredible dark and hard to read,” to which she replied: “I’m really scared in a few years it’ll just be a big dark blob, I wanted it darker but I think she went a lil over board”.
Another person argued the bird’s wings looked more like “butterfly wings with feathers” and they added: “the bird has a double chin”.
“That’s a fat a** bird,” a fourth person shared, while a fifth replied: “It’s actually a walrus now. A dam good walrus too!”
Another chimed: “Holy c**p I was thinking a seal.”
And a seventh joked: “With literal web feet. I thought this was a take on the platypus, just pick your three favorite animals and we’ll mash them together”.
