NEYMAR was accused of “throwing in the towel” by deciding to join Al-Hilal rather than “leading the world” by staying in Europe.
Former Barcelona striker Jonathan Soriano criticizes the legend’s choice to leave PSG for a hefty payment.

Soriano claims that when the Brazilian legend was at his peak, he played in the big leagues.
Soriano believes the 31-year-old Brazilian attacker is still talented enough to contend for the Champions League title with Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland.
Instead, the ex-Barcelona player will sign a two-year contract with Al-Hillal for £314 million, which is almost SIX TIMES his PSG wage.
“Neymar has enough quality to lead a team looking to win the Champions League,” former Spain under-1 star Soriano told DAZN.
“I believe that he has thrown in the towel.
“There is no Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, so he could have led world football along with Mbappe and Haaland.
“Instead, he has decided to earn more money.”
Manchester United, Chelsea, and Barcelona were all linked with 14-cap sensation Neymar before deciding to join the Saudi Pro League.
With Barcelona, he won the Champions League once and two LaLiga crowns before moving on to win five Ligue 1 titles with PSG.
