After four years of marriage—and lots of rumors swirling around the internet—Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner took to Instagram on September 6th to announce that they decided to “amicably end” their relationship. But while the sudden split came as a shock to many fans, we have to say we saw an early sign that all was not well for these celebs and co-parents of two daughters. We couldn’t help but wonder if selling their Miami home was a real-estate S.O.S on the state of the marriage. Though the couple originally purchased this property in 2021—shortly after listing their Los Angeles abode—they put it back on the market about a year later for $17 million. A few months and price drops later, Jonas and Turner finally said “goodbye and goodnight” to the tune of $15 million.
Sure, the Game of Thrones starlet and her musician ex didn’t own this place for long, but it’s easy to see why they were burnin’ up for these digs. Nestled in Bay Point—an exclusive, gated community in Miami—the 10,414-square-foot residence sits on the coast of a canal that leads out to Biscayne Bay. But, while the waterfront views might be a main draw, its interiors are just as impressive. In fact, the couple even hired designer Sarah Ivory to give this 1980 home a retro-meets-resort flair.
“The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe: Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, but with a tropical twist,” said David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the buyer. “It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami being such a vibrant city it was a perfect fit.”
As for Jonas and Turner, the romance might be over, but they’ll always have Miami. Scroll on for an intimate look at this mansion where they made memories.

With a stacked stone fireplace and tactile, low-slung furniture, this spacious living room feels righteously retro, not outdated. The finishing touch? A sleek piano, which we only hope the Camp Rock star used to play an instrumental version of “Gotta Find You.”
