As the Frenchman continues to shine as a beacon of brilliance on the soccer pitch, he recently received high praise from a renowned French journalist, who unequivocally labeled him a ‘genius.’

Kylian Mbappe elicits compliments from French Journalist

Kylian Mbappe is renowned as one of the greatest generational talents in soccer. Since his teenage days, the Frenchman has left an indelible mark on fans and has received admiration not only from typical supporters but also from pundits and legends of the beautiful game. Recently, he garnered acclaim from a prominent French journalist, Stéphane Guy.

The Canal+ commentator recently engaged in a discussion with fellow journalists, where he spoke highly of Mbappe. As translated by DeepL, he said, “Sometimes you have to point out the obvious. This summer, a lot of people questioned Kylian Mbappé’s status as an icon, as a genius. But he’s simply irreplaceable, he’s taken an absolutely essential place.”

Stéphane insisted that while many have raised doubts about Mbappe’s quality, he is unquestionably indispensable. Furthermore, the commentator acknowledged the striker’s phenomenal abilities. Indeed, Mbappe will be pleased to hear such heartwarming praise from the renowned journalist. After all, he deserves such commendation, given that he is coping with Real Madrid’s public rejection.

A big ‘NO’ from Real Madrid

The relationship between Mbappe and PSG has been a source of uncertainty during this transfer window. With the player’s refusal to renew his contract and PSG excluding him from the first-team squad, the chances of Real Madrid securing his services appeared promising. However, head coach Carlo Ancelotti’s statement indicated that the club has no plans to make any further signings
