British singer-songwriter Adele has recently purchased an Italian-inspired Los Angeles mansion for the sizeable sum of $87.4 million ($58 million USD). Designed by esteemed architect Richard Landry, the house sits on 3.5 acres of land in the gated community of North Beverly Park. Adele will reportedly live in the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom abode with boyfriend, Rich Paul and son Angelo.
The house spans more than 1,718 square metres and includes a host of luxuries, including a cigar room, cinema, gym, spa, art studio and eight-car garage. Most rooms offer large windows with panoramic views of Los Angeles and the surrounding canyons. The property also includes a two-bedroom guest home that comes fully equipped with a kitchen.
Adele isn’t the only celebrity who has called the mansion home. It was formerly owned and built by Rocky star Sylvester Stallone, who purchased the land in 1994.
