KIM Kardashian’s completely renovated home has been revealed in new photos.

The Hulu star had her main mansion revamped just in time for summer.

This isn’t the first time Kim, 43, has had workmen update her Malibu home in recent years.

The American Horror Story star revealed renovations in October 2023, after already working on the mansion that April.

However, this time Kim seems to have had major changes made to the property.

In place of the terracotta tiles on the roof, Kim opted for completely dark gray roofing.

Alongside changing the California home, Kim recently renovated her Idaho lake mansion.

Kim’s most recent renovation is part of her huge Los Angeles compound, consisting of several properties.

While Kim’s mega-mansion might seem like an eye-watering expense, it’s well in her budget as a billionaire.

The star rakes in plenty of cash from her reality television show, alongside her social media influencing.

If that weren’t enough, Kim’s business empire has secured even more wealth for the star.

Kim’s net worth was estimated to be around $1.2 billion by Forbes in 2023.

Kim came 2,259th on the publication’s billionaire list, among plenty of other recognizable names.

Her clothing and lingerie line, Skims, was valued at a shocking $3.2 billion, being greatly responsible for Kim breaking into the billionaire group.

Kim also recently revealed that her skincare brand SKKN was moving into the makeup market, after she shut down her previous makeup brand, KKW Beauty, in 2021.

SUPER RICH KIDS

Kim shares her mansion with the young family she co-parents with her ex-husband Kanye West, 47.

Kim and Kanye share four 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren: North, 10; Saint, eight; Chicago, six; and Psalm, five.

The kids live a life of luxury with both their mom and their dad, who is now married to architect Bianca Censori, 29.

However, some fans have criticized Kim and Kanye for their parenting, slamming them for allowing their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren into the spotlight so young.

Parenting expert Kirsty Ketley spoke to The U.S. Sun, and said that the young 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren were over-exposed to stardom.

“…Particularly in North West’s case, her developing brain at age 10, isn’t equipped to properly deal with being put into situations where they are expected to behave older than they are,” Kirsty said about North’s red carpet events.

”She is only seeing the world through a part developed brain, unlike adults with a fully developed one.”

The expert added that the kids’ exposure to their parents’ A-list lifestyles was “hugely detrimental,” and could lead to the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren linking “self-worth to external validation.”
