Over the weekend, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas took off with fellow couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for a getaway in Miami Beach, Florida. Judging by the outfits they were spotted wearing today, the newlyweds are clearly leaning into the idea of coordinated vacation style.
For a leisurely boat ride, Chopra wore a two-piece top and skirt by Montce Swim, both in a striped, multicolored print. She accessorized with an oversized sun hat—crucial for protection against those UV rays—squared sunglasses, and square-toed kitten heels. The shoes had just enough of a heel to give some lift, without being too towering for a day spent on the water. As for Jonas, he went monochromatic in green: he wore Todd Snyder’s tank top, sleek swim trunks by Onia (cut mid-thigh, the perfect length for men), and green slide sandals by Le Tigre, printed with a tiger. Meanwhile, a black fanny pack and tortoise-print sunglasses, were spiffy final touches.
Considering Chopra and Jonas match for virtually every other occasion, it’s unsurprising they went for similar fashion vibes on their time off. After all, looking good as a couple is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week occupation.
The family of three had a relaxing beach day in Malibu, shortly after the actress and her daughter posed for a series of new photos in ‘Vogue.’The beach outing also came shortly after Priyanka was featured in British Vogue, including some shots of her cradling her daughter in matching red outfits. As she has in many of her social media photos, the actress carefully hid her daughter’s face. In the interview, she opened up about how her relationship with her daughter has changed her outlook. “Now I feel I have a centre, a sense of calm, because every decision ends up being about her,” she told the outlet. “There’s really nothing more satisfying than seeing her face as soon as her eyes open.”
