Fans have taken aim at Mike Tyson‘s preparations for his forthcoming Jake Paul fight after Ric Flair posted an old video of him smoking weed wit the boxing icon.
Tyson and Paul are finally set to fight on November 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas after the bout was postponed from its initially scheduled July 20 date following a health scare for the 58-year-old.
And after Flair re-posted a 2022 video of he and Tyson smoking in the street – which many fans believed to be new – Iron Mike’s professionalism has seemingly been called into question by some.
‘Just part of Tyson’s training camp regiment for his upcoming fight,’ one wrote on X with laughing-crying emojis.
‘Isn’t Mike training for a big fight,’ another said.

Tyson will fight Jake Paul on November 15 in Texas – in his first pro fight since 2005
‘That upcoming fight for Mike will probably be a fixed one, because I don’t think weed is going to help in his athletic goals,’ a different fan wrote.
While the video is two years old, Tyson has recently admitted to taking drugs ahead of his fight with Paul.
He stunned Paul’s brother Logan by pulling out a bag of magic mushrooms during an appearance on his ‘Impaulsive’ podcast.
Logan had asked Tyson if he has decreased his cannabis intake ahead of his return to the ring, with the former heavyweight champion replying ‘just a little.’
Tyson was then asked about his recreational use of psilocybin mushrooms, and pulled out a bag of the substance without skipping a beat.
Tyson added that he ‘always’ takes the mushrooms when he trains.
‘I feel so beautiful, it takes me to heaven, 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.’
Tyson said he will be on the ‘residue of mushrooms’ for the fight.

The showdown between Tyson and Paul will be a pro bout licensed by the Texas commission
He and Paul recently locked horns at a fiery New York City press conference, in which the latter claimed he would be making a whopping $40million to ‘knock out a legend.’
‘…He’s the one who wanted it to be a pro fight and he’s going to get his ass knocked out for real,’ he said.
‘You’re going to see on his record; Jake Paul KOs Mike Tyson; I’m not here to do s**t except make a bag… Every time fighters sit across from me and it’s ”YouTuber this and Disney kid that” and they end up on the canvas… this is going to be no different.’
The event, which will be officially sanctioned by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations as a professional bout, has drawn criticism due to Paul being 31 years Tyson’s senior, and the fact that the latter suffered an ulcer flareup in the spring.
It will be the first pro fight for Tyson since he was defeated by Kevin McBride in 2005 before hanging up his gloves.
