DONALD Trump’s eldest granddaughter has joined him on the golf course days after he celebrated winning the presidential election.
Kai Trump, the 17-year-old daughter of Trump’s eldest son Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa – made the surprise appearance on the links beside her grandfather over the weekend.

The teen shared a selfie of the pair beaming together on her social media on Sunday.
“Sundays with Grandpa,” she wrote underneath the photo of her and Trump.
The 78-year-old Republican president-elect wore a white MAGA hat as he grinned broadly alongside his granddaughter.
She also shared a photograph of her alongside X owner and prominent Trump supporter Elon Musk.
Musk helped fund the Republican’s election victory through his pro-Trump political action committee America PAC.
Dressed in a black suit, an open-necked shirt, and black sunglasses, the Tesla boss was pictured holding hands with his four-year-old son, X Æ A-12, whom he shares with his ex, the singer Grimes.
Referring to Musk, Kai joked, “Elon achieving uncle status.”
A number of Instagram users commented on the sweet family photo.
“President Trump always has the biggest smile with his grand𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren,” one user wrote.
Kai also shared a vlog of Mar-a-Lago, with behind-the-scenes footage of the Trump family with Musk on election night.
This isn’t the first time the pair have enjoyed a family bonding session over a round of golf.
Earlier this summer, Kai admitted that her grandfather usually wins the close matches between the pair.
“Genuinely, he always gives me a run for my money,” she said in a video this June with YouTuber Grant Horvat.
“It’s never really like game over and I’ve won on the 15th hole. He wins a lot of the time. I do have to say that. I’ve got to get better.”
Kai Trump, an avid golfer, recently became a sporting influencer, launching her own YouTube channel to share her love of the sport.
She is currently a junior at the prestigious $37k-per-year Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Florida, close to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Kai is committed to play at the University of Miami in August.
She stole the show earlier this summer with her appearance at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Kai introduced her grandfather at the RNC, leading many supporters to dub her the “next MAGA star.”

Trump’s relaxing Sunday with his family and Musk came just days after he made history, coming back from political oblivion to defeat Kamala Harris in last week’s presidential election.
The Republican secured enough votes in every key state race – Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – and defeated the Democrat challenger by 312 electoral college votes to 226.
Attention has now turned to speculation over Trump’s Cabinet picks.
Over the weekend, Trump revealed he would not be offering places in his administration to two of the Republican big beasts, his former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and his former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Haley ran against Trump in the Republican primary in 2024, before dropping out and throwing her support behind the former president.
Pompeo, who also served as CIA director under Trump, was rumored to be angling for the secretary of defense nomination.
But taking to his Truth Social platform on Saturday, the president-elect revealed that neither Haley nor Pompeo would be in his future administration.
“I will not be inviting former Ambassador Nikki Haley, or former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, to join the Trump administration which is currently in formation,” he wrote.
Despite the snub, he added that he “very much enjoyed and appreciated working with them previously, and would like to thank them for their service to our country.”
On Monday, it was announced the president-elect had selected House Republican Conference chair and longtime ally Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York to serve as his ambassador to the United Nations, the role previously served by Nikki Haley.
Trump’s foreign policy is under scrutiny in the face of a number of major international crises – including the ongoing war in Ukraine, the conflict in Gaza, and speculation about an America-China trade war.
Stefanik has been a staunch defender of Israel’s response to the terror attacks carried out by Hamas in October last year and has been outspoken about alleged antisemitism on US college campuses.
She took over as chair of the House Republican Conference in May 2021 after her predecessor, Liz Cheney, was ousted over her vocal criticism of Trump.
Cheney – the daughter of former Republican Vice President Dick Cheney – went on to campaign alongside Kamala Harris, a move that was slammed by many on the left of the Democrats who accused the party of abandoning its base.
Among the other rumored Cabinet picks, former independent candidate RFK Jr. is believed to be on the shortlist to serve as Trump’s head of the Department of Health and Human Services.
The ex-Democrat has sparked fury with some of his views, including his opposition to vaccines.
In Trump’s last administration, multiple members of his family played a key role within the White House, but that may not be the case this time around.
Both his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner, who worked in the White House in Trump’s first term, have taken a step back from his campaign this time around.
Whether there will be any roles for Don Jr. or Erik Trump remains to be seen.
It also isn’t known if Musk will step up his political involvement in the Trump campaign following his financial support.
