Marvel Studios has officially announced Deadpool and Wolverine 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the smash-hit crossover.
Directed by Shawn Levy, the film is set to dive deeper into the hilariously chaotic relationship between Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.
Picking up after the events of Deadpool 3, the new movie finds the two reluctant partners forced to navigate a multiversal crisis threatening to erase mutants from existence. The film will also feature a star-studded ensemble cast, with returning fan favorites and new surprises.
Shawn Levy promises that this sequel will up the ante in terms of action and comedy. “We’re going bigger, crazier, and more heartfelt. It’s the road trip nobody asked for but everyone will love,” Levy teased. Deadpool and Wolverine 2 is scheduled for a 2026 release, bringing the perfect blend of mutant madness, sharp claws, and snarky one-liners to the MCU.
