His most recent acquisition is a stunning riverside mansion located on Palm Island, a man-made island in Biscayne Bay. Mayweather invested a staggering $18 million in this luxurious property.

After selling his previous Miami Beach home, a modern and box-like house in La Gorce, Mayweather decided to purchɑse this new residence. Spanning three stories and boasting a massive 11,000 square feet, the mansion offers an exquisite rooftop deck measuring 5,000 square feet, providing breathtaking views of the water and city skyline. Additionally, the top two levels feature decks that overlook a patio complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and an impressive 100-foot boat dock.

Inside the modern estate, you’ll find nine bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a fully-equipped gym, and a dedicated game area. The mansion’s interior is accessed via a grand staircase or an elevator, leading to the owner’s suite adorned with beautiful hardwood floors and a luxurious spa-like bathroom.

The property, which has been standing for a decade, also includes four garages and a spacious six-car driveway, all situated on a generous third of an acre.

The property listing for Mayweather’s Miami Beach mansion was handled by Dina Goldentayer and Ana Viyella of Douglas Elliman, while Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty reportedly represented Mayweather, according to The Real Deal.
