After Jason Kelce begins a new post-retirement profession, NFL fans are divided

Jason Kelce has launched a YouTube channel as the former NFL star carves out yet another new career in retirement – and it has divided fans.

Kelce has already forged a successive side-hustle as a podcaster thanks to his hugely popular show, New Heights, which he records alongside younger brother Travis.

Earlier this week, his wife Kylie teased her new show ‘Not Going To Lie’ and on Thursday the former Eagles star revealed he was now a ‘YouTuber’.

‘Happy Thanksgiving… guess I’m a YouTuber now,’ Kelce said in an Instagram story which teased his latest video.

‘I’m Letting High School Students Transform My ’86 Chevy Into A Tesla-Powered Supercar,’ is the third clip Kelce has uploaded to his channel.

His first two videos – also uploaded on Thursday – are entitled ‘My $250K Field Goal Attempt at Penn State Went Viral (For the Wrong Reason)’ and ‘We Shot A Music Video With Mt Joy At An Eagles Game’.

Kelce and his wife Kylie have also performed a heartwarming duet on his latest holiday album

Within eight hours of his first videos hitting YouTube, Kelce already had 5,670 subscribers on his @JasonKelce channel.

‘Turkey, football, beer and now Jason Kelce YouTube channel drop?!? Welp, Happy Thanksgiving to all,’ one fan commented.

‘Love this! So excited for this channel!’ another said, while a third added: ‘Jason Kelce having a YouTube channel and Kylie Kelce having a Podcast are the cure to my seasonal depression.’

But some fans hit out at Kelce, who is already a familiar face our screens thanks to his work as an ESPN analyst, as well as his appearances on advertisements and New Heights.

‘THANKS, but no thanks! I’m good!’ one NFL fan wrote under the announcement. ‘I’m only famous because of my brother. No one ever even heard of this man before,’ another added.

The launch after the former center released another holiday album – which includes a heartwarming duet with wife Kylie.

As in 2023, the Eagles legend has combined with former teammates Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata – a trio named The Philly Specials – to release another Christmas album ahead of Thanksgiving.

However, this year Kylie – who announced she is expecting their fourth 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 last week – joined in, spreading some festive cheer her husband on a song called ‘Loud Little Town’.
