KANYE West will likely spend Christmas in Japan after months away from Los Angeles, as former staffers are struggling to serve him with legal papers, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The father-of-four, who has not been pictured with his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with ex Kim Kardashian for weeks, has been holed up in a hotel in Tokyo working on his new album.

The record was supposed to be released earlier this month, but fans who have preordered the CD and vinyl are yet to receive it.
The U.S. Sun understands more than one ex-staffer is finding it hard to locate him as he remains in Japan, amid 14 ongoing lawsuits.
Sources claim they have not managed to find Kanye after he moved out of the $10,000-a-month apartment he shared with his wife, Bianca Censori, in West Hollywood.
Bianca was pictured back in Los Angeles this week alone during what appeared to be a brief visit.
Although Kanye has purchased a $35 million Beverly Hills home, they have yet to move in.
“There are cars at the Beverly Hills home, but they have not moved in and he still hasn’t been to Los Angeles.
“He has a lot of people waiting to serve him legal papers so he may stay over in Japan for Christmas, although he hasn’t seen his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren for weeks.”
LOOMING LEGAL PROBLEMS
The source added: “The kids were with him in Japan in September but I don’t believe they’ve seen him since.
“He’s been locked in his hotel room mostly in Tokyo working on his album, Bully, so he may decide to continue being in the zone over Christmas and the New Year.
“If he does come home, he’ll have process servers delivering unwanted Christmas presents.”
The U.S. Sun reached out to Kanye and Bianca for comment.
Kanye’s former assistant has been granted more time to serve him with papers after filing a lawsuit accusing him of wrongful termination and 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual assault.
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, first filed the complaint back in June and later added further claims.
Pisciotta alleges she was mistreated by the star – including allegations he raped her after her drink was spiked at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Kanye previously denied all her claims and slammed the lawsuit as “baseless.”
But he has still not yet hired a lawyer to file an official response, as her legal team has still not managed to serve him.
They asked for additional time during a court hearing earlier this month and the case has now been pushed to January 29.
Papers state, “Conference is continued to allow additional time to serve Defendant Kanye West and to allow time for the Yeezydefendants to appear.”
According to In Touch, Pisciotta’s legal team claims Kanye is “either out of the country and/or evading service.”
Pisciotta’s counsel want to place an advertisement in a newspaper informing Kanye of the suit instead of personally serving him if they can’t track him down.
The former OnlyFans model was spotted in Florida as she relaxed on the beach with friends during a break from Art Basel.
Exclusive photographs obtained by The U.S. Sun showed her in a black bikini and it is understood she is now back living in the sunshine state, where she grew up.
Meanwhile, Bianca’s recent appearance in Los Angeles is the second time she has flown in solo since Kanye seemingly left California.
She was previously pictured buying dozens of home items from luxury store William Sonoma, and hanging out with friends at Disneyland during a day out.
Bianca appears to be sticking by her man amid his legal battles.
He is being sued by several former employees for various resons and court papers show he has not shown up for depositions, leaving attorneys frustrated.
In one case, Kanye’s ex-security guard Benjamin Deshon Provo is suing the star for racial discrimination and unfair practices.
Provo, who worked for his Yeezy fashion brand, along with his private school, Donda Academy, first filed his suit in April.
Court documents seen by The U.S. Sun read, “Defendant Kanye West has unilaterally failed to appear for his scheduled deposition on October 28, 2024.
“It is crucial that Provo’s counsel obtain this deposition in a timely manner to ascertain all relevant, pertinent facts in this case to allow Provo to fully prosecute his claims and prepare for trial.”
Provo’s legal team is now moving for an order to compel Kanye to sit for the deposition with a hearing set for February 11 in Los Angeles.
Last Christmas, Kanye and Bianca returned to the city to spend time with his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, North, 11, Saint, nine, Chicago, six, and Pslam, five, and took them to a Lakers game.
He recently showed he still has a good relationship with them despite his constant traveling, by debuting a music video featuring North and Chicago.
