The Disney Channel alum is up for Best Performance in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture for her role in Emilia Pérez, alongside co-star Zoe Saldana.
She’s also nominated for her part in Only Murders In The Building, in the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series for a Musical or Comedy category.
The Hulu comedy series itself is nominated for Best Television Series in a Musical or Comedy.
Emilia Pérez’s lead actress, Karla Sofia Gascón, is also nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture in a Musical or Comedy.
Selena was lounging on a couch when she heard about her nominations.
Upon hearing her name listed for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture, she sat up in surprise, gasping and covering her mouth.
She shared the moment with fans on her Instagram Stories, captioning the video: “I don’t even know what to write. I am so proud of Zoe and I am so grateful and honored Golden Globes.”
In the shared clip, Selena appeared cozy under a fluffy blanket, wearing a comfortable tank top.
The 32-year-old actor also took a moment to praise the film’s lead, Emilia Pérez, exclaiming on social media: “Mi amor I am so proud and grateful to know you!”
