Elon Musk‘s mysterious relationship with Shivon Zilis has found itself back in the spotlight this week as she joined the billionaire Tesla CEO during his recent meeting with the Indian Prime Minister.

The Space X founder, 53, spoke with Narendra Modi on Thursday in Washington, D.C., with Shivon, a Neuralink executive and the mother of three of Elon’s 12 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, by his side.

Shivon, dressed in a purple plaid skirt, purple blouse, and knee-high leather boots, was spotted sitting alongside Elon with one of their kids in her lap, while the other read a book on the floor by their feet.

Elon’s son X Æ A-12, or ‘X’ for short, whom he shares with singer Grimes, was also there, and played with his half siblings.

Other images showed the parents exiting the Blair House together. Shivon trailed slightly behind Elon as she held tightly onto the youngsters’ hands.

Shivon’s appearance at the high-profile meeting raises new questions about her and Elon’s rumored romance, which has continuously been shrouded in mystery.

Their relationship first came to light in November 2021, when it was revealed that Shivon had secretly welcomed twins with the mogul, named Strider and Azure.

They were 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in June, just weeks before Elon welcomed his second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 with his now-ex-girlfriend Grimes.

It later emerged that Elon had donated sperm to Shivon – who currently is the director of operations and special projects at Neuralink – through IVF.

It was said that Grimes found out that Elon was the father of Shivon’s twins a month after they were 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧.

Since then, the status of their relationship has been unclear, but in June 2024, Elon announced that he and Shivon had welcomed another 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 together earlier in the year. They have kept the gender and name private.

Last October, reports emerged that said Shivon had moved into a sprawling $35 million compound in Austin, Texas, that the billionaire had purchased with the intention of his 11 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren all living together.

One month later, Elon brought Shivon with him to Donald Trump’s estate in Mar-a-Lago.

She appeared in the background of a photo shared of Elon and Donald together at the First Policy Institute’s black tie gala.

Some took the appearance as confirmation that they are a couple.

Elon has fathered 12 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with three different women over the years. He had six kids with his first wife, Justine Wilson, who he divorced in 2008, and three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with Grimes.

One of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with Justine tragically passed away soon after he was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧.

Elon has publicly been at odds with his transgender daughter, Vivian Wilson, for years.

He once called her a ‘communist’ who thinks ‘anyone rich is evil’ and claimed that he was ‘tricked’ into allowing Vivian to go on puberty blockers.

He also posted a Tweet in which he claimed that Vivian was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 ‘gay and slightly autistic.’

She responded by saying that her father was not around when she was a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, and would relentlessly harass her for her ‘femininity and queerness.’

‘He doesn’t know what I was like as a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 because he quite simply wasn’t there,’ she fired back.

‘And in the little time that he was I was relentlessly harassed for my femininity and queerness.

‘I’ve been reduced to a happy little stereotype. I think that says a lot about how he views queer people and 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren in general.’
