How does Victoria Beckham maintain her supermodel figure and captivating charisma?

At the age of 51, Victoria Beckham maintains good health, attractive style and especially an enviable slim figure.

Victoria Beckham is best known as the wife of the world’s most famous footballer David Beckham. The couple married in 1999 and are about to enter their 26th year together.

Victoria is also a famous fashion designer and former member of the  Spice Girls . Not only is she a world-famous singer and designer, Victoria Beckham is admired by the public for her slim figure and timeless elegance.

From the symbol of “slender and skinny” to the model of a healthy woman

Victoria Beckham was once known for her chic fashion sense and slim figure. However, after reaching middle age, her views on body image have changed.

She told Grazia magazine that she had been lacking in confidence when appearing in public, especially after giving 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡. The pressure from the media to lose weight affected her emotions and confidence.

Victoria now feels more confident and healthy than ever. She says she feels better now than she did when she was 20.

David Beckham ‘s wife considers exercise a daily routine as essential as brushing her teeth. Her personal trainer Bobby Rich once revealed to Vogue that she works out up to five days a week, both at home and when she’s away on business.

David Beckham is a world-famous former soccer player, so this is the reason Victoria always wants her husband to exercise with her.

She told Grazia in 2022 that her husband is a fun and great workout partner, but sometimes he’s the one who puts off working out.

Add weight training

Victoria used to be afraid of weight training because she was afraid that her body would become bulky. However, after experiencing it, she realized that she loved this sport and weight training helped her gain more toned muscles.

“The difference in Victoria’s muscle now (compared to five years ago) is that while it’s not necessarily bigger, the quality of the muscle and the strength that she has is significantly better. It took a long time to change her mindset, now weight training is an integral part of her day,” personal trainer Bobby Rich told Vogue .

He also said Victoria works out with free weights, machines and incorporates functional exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once.

At the same time, the former Spice Girls member also focuses on quality over quantity. Instead of working out for too many hours, she only focuses on the intensity and effectiveness of each workout. Each workout session ranges from 35 to 90 minutes, depending on the volume of exercise.

Victoria is also quite flexible when it comes to training. Even with a leg injury, David Beckham’s wife still maintains her training by using an exercise bike and adjusting her exercises accordingly.
