Though fans hoped to see him at Augusta this year, that dream is officially on pause. Still, insiders say Woods has found new purpose: mentoring his son and passing the torch to the next generation.

A coaching role modeled after his father Earl

Tiger’s late father, Earl Woods, famously coached him from 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥hood and played a major role in shaping one of golf’s greatest careers. Now, Tiger is mirroring that legacy with Charlie, offering tough love, technical tips, and unwavering support.

Father and son are frequently seen on the practice range, with Tiger giving swing advice, constructive feedback, and the occasional pat on the back. The dynamic is deeply personal for Tiger, especially now that his own playing days may be limited.
