Savannah James has a lot on her plate. As the wife of LeBron, she has to deal with constant spotlight from the media and fans. Then, there is the responsibility of being a mother of three. If that’s not enough, Savannah also has her hands full with multiple business ventures – Everybody’s Crazy podcast and her new skincare line Reframe Beauty. Of course, juggling so many roles is bound to take a toll on one’s mind and body. Maybe that’s why she has already started seeking remedies to ease her pain.
In her latest Instagram story, Savannah shared a video of herself doing Pilates with trainer Stefania Uche Okolie. Well, it’s a great practice to improve core strength, posture, and flexibility. Also, it helps with pain reduction and stress management. But Savannah seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with Stefania’s routine.
In the video, Mrs. James could be heard groaning in agony as the trainer guided her through the exercise. However, she kept a brave face and completed the routine, getting a complementary “Good girl” from Okolie. Making the viewers realize how hard the exercise is, the Pilates teacher wrote a message in support of Savannah, “If you know the center strength and stability it takes to combo this exercise, you will understand @mrs_savannahrj’s groaning at the end,” along with a laughing emoji.
Meanwhile, Savannah reshared the video with several crying emojis, likely remembering the agony she was in while pushing through the exercise. Well, the practice will eventually benefit her health, both physically and mentally, as she prepares to take on the world.
Savannah James thriving with multiple business ventures despite heartfelt “anxious” confession
Well, Savannah recently made her return to the podcasting world with the fourth season of Everybody’s Crazy. During the first episode, she made a heartfelt confession about occasionally feeling anxious and how she responds to it, “Something I’m realizing about myself is I might be a little anxious but also confident… It’s a weird dynamic… When I get anxious, I shut down. I’m doing nothing. I’m done.”

Surprisingly, she never lets her anxiety deter her focus and confidence. She advised her viewers to do the same: “Use that anxiousness to be better.” Even her latest venture, Reframe Beauty’s initial idea started with panic when Zhuri told Savannah that she wanted to be like her when she grows up.
“When I was asked, rather told by my daughter that she wanted to be just like me, I panicked and kind of started to reevaluate where my passions were and where I wanted to make a mark. And I always come back to the beauty space, the health and wellness space. It’s just like my jam,” Savannah revealed.
Just like that, she turned adversity into opportunity and kick-started her own skincare line. Maybe the benefits from the Pilates sessions will help Savannah thrive in her personal and professional life even more. What are your thoughts?
