Harry Kane has reportedly commissioned the building of a mansion 15 miles from Chelsea‘s training ground, where former boss Mauricio Pochettino is set to begin work next week.
Kane’s future is the subject of heavy speculation right now as he prepares to enter the final year of his contract at Tottenham, who are desperate to keep hold of their star striker.
The north London club have rejected a £60million offer from Bayern Munich, while Manchester United also continue to circle amid their hunt for a new centre-forward.
However, according to The Telegraph, Chelsea have also been alerted to the fact Kane is currently building a new family home close to their Cobham training ground.
It is believed the 29-year-old and his family started the project some time ago, with contractors now close to completion.

The property is located in close proximity to Wentworth Golf Club in west London, just 15 miles from Cobham.
Kane, who currently lives with wife Kate and their three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren in Hampstead, north London, with a fourth 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 also on the way, is a golf fanatic and could well be moving to the area to continue that hobby.
Chelsea are not understood to be in the race to sign him this summer, with Tottenham unlikely to sanction a sale to their London rivals for any price.

Yet with Pochettino now at the helm, the Argentinian coach under whom Kane enjoyed some of his finest seasons as a Spurs player, the Blues could emerge as a potential option should he remain in north London next season.
If he sees out his Tottenham contract, which expires next year, Chelsea could snap up the England captain on a free transfer and reunite him with Pochettino.
Kane and his wife Kate are said to have registered a limited company, Wentworth, in November at Companies House.
Their new home is located on the private Wentworth Estate next to the famous golf club, with the biggest houses and properties in that area costing between £10m and £20m.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Kane heading into the 2023-24 campaign, with Bayern and United both vying for his signature this summer.
Mail Sport revealed earlier this week that he would be open to joining the German club, who are expected to come back in with a second offer after seeing their initial bid turned down.

Bayern Munich, managed by former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel (pictured) are hoping to beat Manchester United to Kane’s signature this summer after making a shock £60m bid
They believe Kane would accept a move to Bavaria, though Tottenham remain adamant that their talisman is not up for sale in the summer window and are looking for an offer between £90m and £100m.
Their opening bid falls some way below that valuation, nevertheless, meaning a much-improved second offer is required to tempt Spurs into a sale.
Kane’s preference is to remain in England and attempt to break Alan Shearer’s long-standing Premier League goal record. He currently sits on 213 goals, with Shearer still well out in front on 260.
Yet, there is a feeling that he would one day be able to return to his home country and break that record even after a temporary move abroad.
