The building was once owned by Andy Warhol and was the last place Jean-Michel Basquiat lived and worked, from 1983 until his death in 1988. John Roesch, broker at Meridian Capital Group, represented to the homeowner revealed: āAs soon as she stepped into the space, she fell in love with it.ā
The property is listed for rent on the market for $60,000 per month with a minimum term of 10 years – however, it’s unclear if that’s what Jolie will pay. Are not.
And Jolie plans to open Atelier Jolie in what she calls her “global family,” which includes tailors who only work with recycled items.
