With her husband Jason Kelce, Kylie Kelce talks candidly about life after retirement

This is a great indication of who’s the real boss inside Jason Kelce’s household

Watching Jason Kelce giev his farewell speech at the Philadelphia Eagles was difficult for everybody who loves him but most of all for his family. Life after retirement hasn’t been bad at all, he has been traveling and continued to do the ‘New Heights’ podcast with his brother Travis Kelce. One of the most important people in his family is his wife Kylie, who is the mother of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. She recently spoke to the press about life after Jason’s retirement and opened up about who is really the boss inside the household. Spoken like a true matriarch. This Thursday, Kylie Kelce spoke to the folks at People about this new life and she also mentioned some nice things about Jason Kelce’s new gig at ESPN. Last week, it was announced that Kelce would be starting a new job as an NFL analyst at the biggest sports network in the world.

Kylie Kelce is the coach inside the Kelce household

Kylie offered a small glimpse into what life after retirement looks for this Kelce family. She confirmed she is the one calling the shots inside the house and revealed some other details. This is what she said on that interview: “Now that Jason is retired from playing football and our girls are heading back to school, our days at home look so different than they did a year ago at this time. At the end of the day, Jason and I are a team, trying to keep our household running smoothly in all the chaos, just like so many other families. But I do tend to wear the coach’s hat a lot of the time on our team, which helped during this day on set!’

Last week, Kylie also reacted to Jason Kelce’s new job by saying this: “I am mostly excited to see Jason excel in a new position. I jokingly say it’s a pain in the butt that he’s good at everything, and I know I’m biased in that, but I truly believe he’s good at everything because even if he’s not good at the start or the best at the start. He will work endlessly and tirelessly until he can achieve that. So, I have full faith that he’s going to tackle his new position and excel. I’m really excited to get to watch him do that. And I think it’s such a shift from sort of physically exerting yourself to getting to sort of showcase your intellectual ability and the way that you analyze games.”
