Despite using 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 control throughout her conception on Monday, a single mother has revealed how she managed to become a mother of four at the age of 21 after welcoming “miracle” twins within two years. At the age of 19, Kaitlin Brooks, now 22 and from Little Rock, Arkansas, was overjoyed to learn she was expecting twins in March 2019. She gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to Denver and Dayton Brooks in October of that same year. But despite using 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 control, the full-time mother couldn’t believe her good fortune when, just after their first 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day, she discovered she was pregnant with twins again. Pierce and Piper Brooks were 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in August 2021.
Notably, the mother of four asserts that because she releases two eggs during ovulation, also known as ovulation, she is likely to conceive twins every time she gets pregnant.
The 22-year-old woman who became pregnant with the second set of twins while taking the pill therefore vowed that she would eventually get a tubal ligation.
Kaitlin, who considers herself “fortunate” to have two fraternal twins, says she is now considering being a surrogate in order to assist women who are unable to bear their own 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. After another amazing pregnancy, Kaitlin gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to her second set of twins after carrying them for 38 weeks and 5 days. She has another boy, Pierce Brooks weighing 7lbs 5oz and a daughter Piper Brooks, weighing 6lbs 13oz. And fortunately, she had no complications after the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 and was able to go home after 24 hours. Kaitlin said: ‘People were shocked when I told them I had twins because I was 22 years old.
I actually don’t have a choice, you know, this is my life, and a lot of people are startled and say “I don’t understand how you do that.” I have no desire to have any additional kids. I’m happy with the four I have right now. As I’m so fortunate to be able to do it and be able to do it twice with my couple, I’m hoping to be a surrogate because I know that there are many mothers out there who are unable to carry a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 through surrogacy on their own.
