To improve her prospects, she adopted a healthier lifestyle and lost more than six stone, falling to 12 st 5 lbs.

After seven years, she feared there was “no hope” and she and her 39-year-old companion John began researching foster care and adoption in earnest.

However, she unexpectedly became pregnant in April of last year.

At eight weeks, she was even more stunned to discover that she was harboring not one but three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

“When the sonographer announced that there were triplets, I screamed with confusion and joy.” I have just sobbed at the table. It has been a privilege to face so many obstacles. Doctors referred to them as “miracle babies”

Trinity’s umbilical cord was not functioning normally, and shortly after her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 shower in October 2022, the couple was informed that Trinity was in danger.

To protect her siblings’ health, doctors offered them an abortion, but Monique refused.
